SocialSupport keeps what it needs to run your account and nothing more. We store your email, your subscription status, the public profiles you choose to follow, and a short voice profile we learn from your own posts so your suggested comments sound like you.
To build your daily list, we read recent public posts from the profiles you add. We do not log in as you, we do not post on your behalf, and you always decide what to actually send. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it outside the services that make SocialSupport work: our payment processor, our hosting, and the tools that read public posts and draft comments.
You can cancel anytime, which stops all future billing. If you want your account, your list, and your voice profile deleted, email us and we will take care of it.
